About CHF

It is once again time for the Community Health Foundation of Wright County (CHF) to spring forward and tee-off at our 13th Annual "Fore" Your Health Golf Tournament! This year's tournament will be held on Thursday, July 18th at Wild Marsh Golf Course in Buffalo, Minnesota; we hope you will join us. Click on the button below to register your team.

This year the funds raised at our tournament will provide operational financial support for our largest project to date, a hospice wing that will be built on the Lake Ridge Care Campus in Buffalo, the first ever care unit of its type in Wright County. We are pleased to tell you of our success in raising over $800,000 for the construction of this new service to our community. Elim Care, Pope Architects, and our general contractor, Bauer Design Build of Delano, are beginning the next phase of construction and a groundbreaking ceremony is being planned for August. We would also like to invite you to consider serving as a sponsor of our 2013 golf event. There are a number of sponsorship options available for this fantastic tournament, each of which provides your organization with meaningful publicity opportunities on and off the course. The top three sponsorship levels Gold, Silver and Bronze, have the added benefit of providing permanent recognition to your business in the hospice wing when it is completed. New games and prize opportunities will be on the docket for this years tournament, as well! New this year is a putting contest for a $1,000 cash prize! Again we will have several exciting raffle prizes and you may get a jump start on your chances to win by ordering an Easy Pass Pack along with your online registration! This Easy Pass Pack will include 15 raffle tickets, 2 mulligans and 2 tickets for the mini golf that will qualify you for the final putt to win $1,000 in cash. Valued at $95.00...all for $75.00 ...a savings of $20. Raffle items this year are: Minnesota Twins and Minnesota Vikings memorabilia, Adidas golf sunglasses, a summer picnic basket full of goodies, Kuzma Chiropractic massage package and an electric heater.
