2012 FALL DINNER AND SILENT AUCTION Once again our dedicated supporters joined our Community Health Foundation Board of Directors for an amazing evening of dinner, silent auction and entertainment. We started the evening with nearly 200 guests and volunteers at Huikko's Bison Event Center in Buffalo, MN to begin a wish list of 100 auction items donated by several businesses and friends of CHF with a new electronic bidding system introduced to us by Bid Partner.com. This local business helped us succeed in raising nearly $11,000 with only the silent auction. Everyone had fun wishing, bidding and watching on big screen as we reached our goal for the evening! We had a wonderful pork tenderloin dinner and dessert prepared by Huikko's staff while hearing about the plans to begin the project to have end-of-life care linked to Lake Ridge Care Center. We were entertained by Triple Espresso's comedian, Bob Stromberg who filled our room with laughter telling us about life's simple pleasures. This is a benefit in support of The Community Health Foundation of Wright County with several Table Sponsors, Board of Directors and "Because We Care" Campaign Cabinet members inviting our guests to this annual event.
